KEITH HUNT: PROGRAM GENERAL MANAGER
Keith Hunt has 47 years of extensive estimating experience managing various construction and real estate projects for clients, including architectural design, construction management, and budget management. Hunt & Associates Inc. specializes in Job Order Contracting Program Development and Management. Hunt & Associates Inc. also completes Construction Management At Risk Services, Design Build Services, and Competitive Sealed projects. Keith Hunt actively interacts with clients to define project requirements and establish the project work plan, critical paths, and deadlines. Mr. Hunt creates and manages the project estimates and budgets and monitors expenses to ensure that the project progresses on schedule and within the prescribed budget. He oversees quality contractors and subcontractors by reviewing proposals, bid tabulations, and related documents. He manages project submittals and RFI'S and ensures that the project specifications are compliant. He will manage the project team from design to completion by providing sound, experienced direction, and leadership. Mr. Hunt has extensive experience working with facility clients and developing the scope of work requirements for millions of dollars of projects in Job Order Contracting; all of Mr. Hunt’s JOC projects have been completed within budget and on time with no change orders or cost overruns. Mr. Hunt represents the client and your company with: architects, vendors, subcontractors, consultants, and regulatory agencies with professionalism and integrity.

CHRISTINE L. HUNT: OFFICE MANAGER
Project Management Administrative Assistance -Office Manager.
Christine has worked in the construction industry for 40 years. Christine has extensive experience in accounting, budgeting, office management, and as Project Management Assistant and works closely with subcontractors and vendors and is highly respected by all.
Christine has vast personal experience in constructing several residential and commercial development projects she has designed and built herself. Christine is also our interior designer and has extensive experience in and appreciation for the Job Order Contracting Program.
Christine is truly the foundation of our Team.
FRED WENDT VP: SENIOR OPERATIONS MANAGER
Fred has 52 years of experience in Commercial Construction. Mr. Wendt has been employed with us and has worked with Keith Hunt since 1983. Mr. Wendt has extensive capabilities in all aspects of the construction process and oversees all projects in the field to ensure the Safety and Quality Assurance of workmanship and materials.
Mr. Wendt has supervised the construction of multimillions of dollars of completed construction projects and has extensive experience with Job Order Contracting and related services to our clients. He is well-known and respected by all clients, administrative staff, and co-workers he encounters. He has been a vital asset to our company as a highly experienced and respected mentor for others entering the construction field throughout his time with our company.
KIRK DEMOSS: SR. Project Manager/Estimator- SSHO -QCM
From practical experience, I know ground-up building construction, single-family homes, multi-family, commercial development, federal projects, and more. Site logistics, surveys, and close-out requirements as well. Extensive experience providing pre-construction/conceptual value engineering and public bid projects, and extensive experience in Job Order Contracting, NAVFAC/ DOD/ USACE/ US Army contract requirements, and private-level development.
Prior involvement with estimating proposed or projected building intent and NAVFAC/ US ARMY/ USCG construction administration. RS MEANS proficient in Microsoft Project, Outlook, Excel/ spreadsheet creation, and PowerPoint. New Construction/ renovation, conceptual estimating, structural concrete, quality control management, hurricane-resistant structures, specification review, topography reviews, field engineering, change order management, budgeting & cost controls, bid proposals, total budget reviews/ reconcile.

JAVIER CARREON: SENIOR PROGECT MANAGER
Javier has 20 years of experience in the construction industry as a commercial, industrial, and residential contractor performing senior estimating duties. He has experience assisting in the management and coordination of multiple subcontractors. Javier is experienced in working with numerous estimating systems. Javier has an exceptional understanding of principles, methods, and architectural, civil, mechanical, and electrical engineering techniques. He is experienced and certified in the U.S. Department of Energy Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program and Texas Comprehensive Energy Assistance Program guidelines and regulations for the assigned programs. Javier is certified in Weatherization field techniques and estimating software for energy efficiency measures to increase a home's energy efficiency to meet specific energy-savings goals.

JESSE SUAREZ: SR. PROJECT FIELD SUPERINTENDENT
Jesse is our interior finishes specialist. He has 32 years of experience in interior and exterior commercial painting is certified by many protective coating manufacturers and specializes in epoxy coating processes. Jesse is certified in fluid-applied roofing and has extensive experience with all interior finishes disciplines.
Jesse has worked with Mr. Hunt for 18 years and has a background of valuable experience on numerous JOC projects. He is highly involved with these projects. His role as Superintendent is to manage and coordinate all field activities on the project. As the onsite Superintendent, he is involved throughout the construction, remodeling, and repair process on all projects. Jesse is responsible for the day-to-day operations, scheduling, quality, and safety of the construction site. He works tightly in the coordination of subcontractors and material suppliers. He is the point man on site for these projects. Jesse is very well-appreciated and respected by our Job Order Contracting Clients and is known to them on a first-name basis.
TONY SANCHEZ: MULTI TASK CRAFTS FOREMAN
Tony has been in the construction field as a hands-on tradesman for 37 years. And has worked with Mr. Hunt for over 27 years Tony is experienced and proficient at all interior master trade finishes, carpentry, drywall, metal studs, suspended ceilings, flooring, painting, masonry, and welding, and is certified in fluid applied roofing systems with three fluid applied manufacturers. Tony has extensive experience in working inside Detention Centers, one of our specialty areas, and is certified in padded detox safety room construction. Tony oversees other workers as well as works himself in all disciplines and specialties. Tony has worked with Mr. Hunt for over 25 years and is very familiar with Job Order Contracting and the importance of providing excellent service to our clients. Tony is known by all of his clients on a first-name basis and is highly appreciated and respected by them.
ROBERT KRUGER: SENIOR PROJECT SUPERINTENDENT
Robert has worked in construction for 18 years and has completed many multimillion-dollar projects. Robert is working towards becoming an Estimator and Project Manager. He has extensive knowledge in all phases of construction. Mr. Kruger has his OSHA 30 Hr. Safety ( EM-385-1-1), OSHA 10 Hr. Fall Protection ( EM-385-1-1) Certification. Robert has worked with Mr. Hunt off and on for over ten years.
Robert bravely served in the US Marines for five years and was honorably discharged at the rank of Sargent. Robert is very well known and respected by our clients. He has a great appreciation for Job Order Contracting Programs.
